Kusto Group Board of Directors’ meeting
Being a part of the International Group of Companies Kusto Group, Kazpetrol Group approves the budget and major projects at the level of the Board of Directors of the Kusto Group.
This year the meeting of the Board of Directors of Kusto Group was held in Tbilisi, Georgia. KAZPETROL Group was represented by Bakhyt Toguzbayev – General Director, Talgat Abibulayev – Technical Director, and Arai Bastaeva – Chief Accountant. They have successfully defended the Budget of 2019 to the shareholders of the KUSTO Group and Karsybekov Orazkhan Kairzhanovich – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the oil and gas division.
This event is not limited to the protection of the budget, it has always been and is a platform for a fruitful experience exchange between the companies which are, like us, part of the International Holding KUSTO Group.
