New Year celebration

Corporate event, in the modern sense, began to pick up the trend in the late 90s. We have had many types of corporate events and moreover, the terminology “team building” is no longer new to us.

This year, the organizers of our New Year corporate event – HR team, decided to surprise us and organized the celebration in a distinguished, unexpected format – master classes! This format of the event was chosen with the aim to discover creative potential of employees, because our company strives to achieve the corporate culture "Creativity".

The training under the theme: "Achievement of Culture" Creativity "included a kind of art therapy. Art therapy is a method of teaching and developing staff with the help of artistic creativity. The popularity of art-therapeutic methods is connected with its softness and at the same time with high efficiency.

Art therapy allows anyone to express their inner world through creativity; it is aimed at personal development and self-improvement of people who want something more in their lives.

It should be noted that this year our colleagues from the field were with us. Employees were divided into two groups – the First group celebrated the New Year on December 11 and the second group on December 27. Master classes were offered in 4 areas: painting on canvas, on wood, vocal and drama.

The day passed like a blink – because everyone was actively involved in their art projects, and everyone tried to do their best – and the result did not leave anyone indifferent! There was a lot of laughter, fun and even unexpected discoveries of hidden talents!

There were also draws of prizes and of course champagne with a New Year cake!

In the first group on December 11, the prizes were divided in a mystical way between office and field workers, while in the second group, the directors of two departments, Zhanar Nurgaliyeva and Talgat Abibullayev, became owners of a random raffle. But they decided to replay their prizes in favor of other employees, and – two workers from the field became owners of desirable prizes.

It was very nice to see the shining faces of colleagues involved in their projects and sharing good mood.
