On the eve of our professional holiday, we are very pleased to share good news with you.

Our shareholder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of our company, the highly respected Orazkhan Kairzhanovich Karsybekov, was included in the list of the most influential experts in the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan according to KazService. Karsybekov Orazkhan has been making an invaluable contribution to advancing the agenda of oil producing organizations in Kazakhstan for many years. Orazkhan Kairzhanovich allocates human and material resources aimed at solving problematic issues of oil producing organizations in Kazakhstan. Thanks to the efforts of Orazkhan Kairzhanovich, for the first time it was possible to unite large NDOs in 5 oil and gas regions of Kazakhstan (over 50 companies) to jointly solve problematic issues of the industry. This, in turn, gave impetus to the creation of the PetroMining Association, whose activities are aimed at protecting the rights of subsoil users in Kazakhstan.

Our two colleagues Bakdaulet Polatuly and Ermek Alzhanov were included in the list of "TOP-20 young leaders of the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan 2024"! Ruslan Shokatayev and Dmitry Popov were awarded letters of gratitude on behalf of the regional Akim of the Kyzylorda region, and Viktor Fendel and Rakhat Ungarov were awarded medals from the Ministry of Energy.

This is the result of your work and confirmation of your high personal qualities. We are very proud of you and wish you new heights, fulfillment of your plans, and the speedy implementation of large-scale goals.
