PetroCouncil ranking IT 2026

The industry community continues to recognize professionals shaping the future of the oil and gas sector. As part of the 5th annual review “Top 20 IT Leaders in the Oil & Gas Industry of Kazakhstan – 2026” prepared by PetroCouncil, experts working at the intersection of technology and production processes were honored.

The list includes representatives of government institutions, national companies, operators, IT companies, and the expert community – digital leaders, solution architects, developers, and specialists implementing projects in automation, data analytics, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Their work plays a key role in transforming operational processes, improving efficiency, and introducing advanced technological solutions across the industry.

Kazpetrol Group is especially proud that Sabit Aidarov, a programmer at the Company, has been included in this prestigious ranking.

About the Specialist

Sabit Aidarov is a highly qualified professional in the field of business process automation, as well as the development and implementation of corporate information systems. He graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev.

He is one of the developers and key contributors to the implementation of the “Digital Field” project – a comprehensive platform for managing production processes, integrating corporate and operational systems, automating business processes, and establishing a unified data environment.

Within the project, modern BI tools were implemented, enabling real-time monitoring of key production indicators, equipment condition, and personnel efficiency.

Sabit has also contributed to the development of the HR platform “Corporate University,” the automation of HR processes, and the implementation of time-tracking tools. In addition, he has delivered automation solutions for legal, planning and economic, and supply chain departments, significantly improving transparency and operational efficiency.
