DISCLAIMER REGARDING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES BY THIRD PARTIES

KAZPETROL GROUP LLP and its subsidiary, Galaz & Company LLP (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Companies”), hereby officially inform all concerned parties of the following:

Recently, cases of unlawful activities by unidentified persons have been recorded. These individuals, without any authority, are illegally using the Companies’ trade names, business reputation, trademarks, and other identifying details.

Using information and communication technologies, such persons may:

• Create fraudulent internet resources (including websites, domain names, and social media pages) that visually imitate the official resources of the Companies;

• Use fake email addresses, messaging applications, and other communication channels to conduct correspondence and send commercial offers;

• Distribute forged documents, including incorporation documents, powers of attorney, invoices, contracts, letterheads, and company seals;

• Unlawfully use personal data, names, job titles, and other information related to the Companies’ employees.

These actions are aimed at misleading third parties and obtaining unlawful financial gain.

The Companies officially declare:

1. The Companies shall not be liable for any obligations, losses, transactions, or other consequences arising from interactions with persons who are not duly authorized to act on behalf of the Companies.
2. Any documents, offers, or communications not sent through the Companies’ official communication channels shall not create any rights or obligations for the Companies.
3. The authority of the Companies’ representatives shall be confirmed exclusively by duly executed documents (powers of attorney) issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The Companies reserve the right to apply to law enforcement authorities and courts to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including the recovery of damages and holding responsible persons liable.

We recommend:

• Verifying the authenticity of all received documents and the authority of persons acting on behalf of the Companies;

• Conducting business interactions and financial transactions only after proper verification of the counterparty;

• In case of any doubt, immediately contacting the Companies via official communication channels.

Any suspicious requests, offers, or actions by third parties involving the use of the Companies’ name should be treated as potentially fraudulent.

This notice is public and is intended to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Companies and third parties.
